These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 67det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://67det.app, including all products, services, content, features, and functionality offered through the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 67det platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and 67det.

67det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://67det.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 67det platform following any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

To access the full range of 67det products and services — including live casino games, slots, sports betting, Dragon and Tiger, and Keno — you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 67det platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 67det reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending withdrawals, and cancel any active bonuses without liability to the player.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person or entity. 67det will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. KYC Verification: 67det operates a mandatory KYC process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport, along with proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours and are typically reviewed within one hour of submission during peak hours.

• Acceptable identity documents: Bangladesh NID card (front and back), valid passport.
• Proof of payment method: screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name.
• 67det may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence.
• Accounts where KYC documents cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until the matter is resolved.

67det reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Access to the 67det platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain so throughout your use of the platform.

67det takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Where 67det has reason to believe that an account holder may be under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18:

• The account will be permanently closed.
• Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method.
• Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
• The matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

All financial transactions on the 67det platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash, and direct bank transfer to participating Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as listed in the cashier.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• Deposits are credited to your 67det balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time business days depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at 67det's discretion.
• 67det reserves the right to apply additional identity checks for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in the Bonus Terms section below.

Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Players may contact support to request a limit review subject to successful enhanced KYC verification.

67det does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank) may apply their own service charges, for which 67det bears no responsibility.

67det offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League, and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is specified in the individual offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Dragon and Tiger and Keno contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms. Sports betting wagers on pre-match markets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity window stated for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within the validity window expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active and unwagered will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

Prohibited Bonus Activity: The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedging bets designed to exploit the wagering requirement without genuine gaming risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of the same event simultaneously).
• Collusion between players to trigger referral or shared bonus conditions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Exploiting software errors, misconfigured odds, or game malfunctions to generate bonus or real-money winnings in a manner not consistent with normal game play.

67det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform's promotions page or by email to the registered account address.

As a registered player on the 67det platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times:

• Lawful Use Only: You will use the 67det platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not use the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Personal Use Only: Your 67det account is for your personal use only. You will not allow any other person to use your account, and you will not open or operate an account on behalf of any third party.
• Accurate Information: You will provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at registration and during any KYC or verification process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• No Software Interference: You will not use or attempt to use any automated software, bot, script, spider, data-mining tool, or other automated means to access or interact with the 67det platform, including for placing bets, harvesting odds data, or accessing account information.
• No Collusion or Cheating: You will not collude with other players, dealers, or any 67det staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Any suspected cheating will be investigated and, if substantiated, will result in account closure and the forfeiture of all balances.
• Responsible Play: You accept responsibility for your own gaming behaviour. You are encouraged to use the deposit limit, loss limit, session time, and self-exclusion tools available in your account dashboard if you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic.
• Notification of Errors: If you become aware of an error in a game outcome, odds calculation, payment processing, or any other aspect of the 67det platform, you are obligated to report it to [email protected] promptly. You agree not to exploit any known or suspected error for financial gain.

Breach of any user obligation listed above may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance and any pending withdrawals, and the cancellation of any active bonuses, without any liability on the part of 67det.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 67det account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 67det will process any outstanding verified withdrawals to your registered payment method before closing the account. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all promotional communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to create a new account. Closure by 67det: 67det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Confirmed underage use of the platform.
• Conduct that 67det determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed by 67det due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any account balance, pending bonuses, and pending withdrawal requests may be forfeited at 67det's discretion. Where an account is closed by 67det for administrative reasons unrelated to player conduct, any verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67det, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the 67det platform or any part thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service offered through it.
• Any loss of data, account balance, or gaming progress resulting from technical failures, network outages, server errors, or circumstances beyond 67det's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in connection with your use of the platform, including betting and gaming decisions.
• The conduct of any third-party game studio, payment provider, or other service provider whose products or services are accessible through the 67det platform.

67det does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 67det makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content or service available through the platform.

Disclaimer on Gambling Outcomes: 67det operates casino games and sports betting markets on a fair-play basis using certified random number generation and independently verified odds. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 67det's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
